Product Availability and Ordering:
We endeavor to ensure product availability and price accuracy. Orders can be made through our website, accepting Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Ensure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Free shipping for orders over $75 within Australia.
- Standard shipping at $10, Express at $12.95.
- International shipping varies by destination.
- Use the Australia Post calculator for delivery estimates.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages post-dispatch. Consider using a secure address or additional delivery options.
Refund and Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day refund and 14-day exchange/store credit policy from the item's arrival at the post office or specified delivery point for online purchases.
Conditions for Eligibility:
- Return/exchange must be initiated within the specified periods.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition, with tags attached.
- All items are photographed and inspected before being posted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. For orders over $75 with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Initiate returns via email. Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are non-returnable.
Sale Items Policy:
All items with a reduced price, including clearance sales, EOFY sales, Black Friday sales, and any other sale events, are classified as sale items. Sale items are non-returnable. If an item is returned for an exchange or refund and does not meet our return policy, the customer will be responsible for paying the return postage back to them or forfeiting the item.
Discount Policy:
- We offer a limited-time 20% off store-wide discount as part of our End of Financial Year (EOFY) sale.
- This discount excludes new stock, Stussy, Blundstone, Crocs, and select products.
- The discount is valid for online purchases only and is not applicable for in-store purchases.
In-Store Lay-By Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Payments:
- A deposit is required to initiate a lay-by agreement. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Regular payments must be made to maintain the lay-by agreement.
Refunds and Returns:
- The total amount paid to date is refundable within 7 days of the original deposit. After this period, refunds will not be given.
- Exchanges and store credits are available within 14 days of the original deposit.
Payment Schedule and Forfeiture:
- If no payment is made within 6 weeks of the last payment and the customer has not made contact, the total amount paid to date will be forfeited and the items will be put back on sale. There will be no refund of the total amount paid.
Price Adjustments:
- If lay-by items are reduced to sale prices after the lay-by has commenced, the customer will still be required to pay the original amount agreed upon at the start of the lay-by.
Intellectual Property:
All website content is our property, protected under copyright laws. No use without consent.
Liability and Indemnification:
We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of our website or products. You agree to indemnify us from any claims related to the use of our services or breach of these terms.
Governing Law and Changes:
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. We may update these terms; continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
