2. ORDERING & PAYMENT TERMS
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, PayPal, and other digital payment methods.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and that the payment details provided are accurate.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic (Australia)
Express Shipping: $12.95 (Estimated delivery: 1 to 4 business days)
Standard Shipping:
Orders $99.99 and up: Free (Estimated delivery: 2 to 8 business days)
Orders $0.00–$99.99: $10.00 (Estimated delivery: 2 to 8 business days)
International Shipping
United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, and 23 other countries: $35.00
New Zealand: Rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays due to customs, postal issues, or force majeure events.
Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
4. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 7-day refund and a 14-day exchange/store credit policy from the date the order arrives at the post office or specified delivery location.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receipt and approval of the returned item.
Free Shipping Orders:
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund or store credit if the return results in the order no longer meeting the free shipping threshold.
This deduction is not a restocking fee, but a recovery of the original shipping cost.
5. SALE ITEMS POLICY
All discounted items, including Black Friday and clearance sales, are final sale and non-returnable.
If an item does not meet our return policy and is sent back for exchange or refund, the customer must pay return postage or forfeit the item.
6. IN-STORE LAY-BY TERMS
A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate a lay-by.
Lay-by must be paid off within 6 weeks to avoid forfeiture.
Refunds are available only within 7 days of the initial deposit.
After 14 days, only exchanges or store credit are available.
If no payment is made within 6 weeks, the lay-by is forfeited, and no refunds are given.
Price adjustments do not apply to lay-bys after initiation.
7. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site.
You agree not to use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code.
A breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of services.

Birkenstock Colour Variation:
Birkenstock footwear, particularly styles made from oiled or natural leather (such as Habana, Tobacco Brown and similar finishes), may vary in colour between batches.
Due to the natural characteristics of the leather and differences in production batches, some pairs may appear lighter or darker than the images shown on our website. These variations are normal and are not considered a fault.
As a Birkenstock stockist, we receive inventory from multiple shipments over time, meaning colour tones may differ across sizes and restocks. We are unable to guarantee that the exact shade shown in product images will match the pair received.
By purchasing Birkenstock products from us, you acknowledge and accept that natural colour variation may occur.
