SAME DAY FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99.99. For orders below $99.99, we offer the following shipping options:
- STANDARD: $10
- EXPRESS: $12.95
For customers in New Zealand, we offer a flat rate of $15, and for customers in the USA, Canada, EU, and other countries, we offer a flat rate of $35. If your country doesn't appear in our shipping options, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.
Please use the Australia Post postage calculator (link below) to estimate delivery timeframes by entering our distribution center's postcode (2431) and your own postcode. We strive to process and ship all orders placed before 3 pm on regular business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) on the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 7-day refund and 14-day exchange/store credit policy for most merchandise purchased from our store. However, please note that under no circumstance will a refund be issued without the merchandise being returned to our store within the specified return period.
To qualify for a refund or exchange/store credit, the merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition (unwashed and unworn), and with the tag attached.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at email@example.com or call us at 0466040527 during our regular business hours to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to our store using a trackable and insured shipping method. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange/store credit as per your request.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns, and swimwear and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please also be aware that if you received FREE SHIPPING on your order due to the order value being over $99.99, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the total refund amount when a return is processed.
